ScituateMA (July 9, 2012):  Strategic Marketplace Initiative (SMI), a non-profit, member-driven organization of healthcare supply chain executives, is pleased to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website (www.smisupplychain.com).

Built as a portal of information for the healthcare supply chain industry, the site has been revamped with more robust information, easier navigation and interactive features. Visitors can access information on various topics including healthcare reform, data standards, comparative effectiveness research and more.  

A key feature of this site is the over 25 industry tools and solutions which include presentations, videos, spreadsheets, calculators, case studies and executive briefings.  These tools are designed to help industry leaders predict trends, assess needs, address challenges and incorporate best practices.  Visitors to the SMI website can download these tools and solutions free of charge.
